Our accessibility commitment

The Institute works to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to support commonly used browsers, keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice that includes review when content, technology, or third-party services change.

Accessibility features

• Semantic headings, navigation landmarks, and a keyboard-accessible skip link.
• Visible keyboard focus, descriptive link text, and keyboard-operable navigation.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and text identification for visual information.
• Responsive layouts, readable typography, and support for browser zoom and text resizing.
• Reduced-motion behavior when a visitor has enabled that preference.
• Email and telephone contact options when a digital interaction presents a barrier.

Report an accessibility barrier

The Institute will review the request, respond as promptly as practical, and offer an accessible alternative when an immediate technical correction is not possible.

Training accommodations

Website feedback and learner accommodations are related but distinct. Learners who need an accommodation for registration, course materials, webinar technology, an on-site facility, instructional activities, project work, presentation, or assessment should use the Accessibility & Accommodations process.

Third-party services

Some payment, communication, mapping, document, or other third-party services may be provided through systems the Institute does not control. The Institute welcomes notice of barriers involving those services and will help identify an accessible path when reasonably available.
