Two days. Practical HACCP skills.

The public webinar meets October 20–21, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific each day (11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Eastern). Each day includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks, providing 15 instructional hours in total.

Participate live using a computer, reliable internet, microphone and camera. Joining instructions are sent with your enrollment confirmation.

Before you enroll

Successful completion requires attendance, eight applied activities, HACCP plan development and presentation, and achievement of the program’s assessment requirements. The certificate documents learning achievement, not personnel certification or approval of a facility or HACCP plan.
