The two-day live webinar provides at least 15 instructional hours. No public dates are currently confirmed. We’ll agree on the dates, daily schedule and time zone with you before invoicing. Private dates are arranged for your team.

Participate live using a computer, reliable internet, microphone and camera. Joining instructions are sent with your enrollment confirmation.

Before you enroll

Successful completion requires attendance, eight applied activities, HACCP plan development and presentation, and achievement of the program’s assessment requirements. The certificate documents learning achievement, not personnel certification or approval of a facility or HACCP plan.
